Complementary detection and incident response
Together, these two tools provide a comprehensive view that enables a coordinated and effective response: isolating affected systems, preventing the spread of the attack, and initiating remediation efforts in a unified manner.
The EDR/EPP monitors files and executables on endpoints to detect and block malicious behaviors. Meanwhile, the NDR identifies lateral movements of the attack as well as attempts to communicate with a C&C server or any other network threat.
How does the integration work?
The integration enables seamless automation of quarantining targeted endpoints or deleting malicious files, either natively through Gatewatcher’s Reflex module or via “REST API”.
